Refund Period: Our refund policy lasts for a period of 3 days from the date of purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or discount.

Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must meet the following criteria:

  • No work has been initiated on your project by our team.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original digital format.

Exempted Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned for a refund:

  • Any work on the project has been initiated by our team.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase at {email address}. Provide your proof of purchase and reason for the refund request.

Refund Process: Once your request is received and approved:

  • We will send you an email notification confirming the approval of your refund.
  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the stipulated time frame, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank. If you’ve completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this refund policy, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for digital products.

Payments for Work Performed

Website Projects: For Rocket Digital Marketing’s website projects, payments are due in two installments. A 50% deposit is required upon signing the agreement, with the remaining 50% due upon project delivery. Payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties. Payment methods accepted include credit card, ACH, or wire transfer. The client bears responsibility for any associated fees.

Subscription Payments & Retainers: Clients under retainer are required to make payments on the 1st of each month, automatically charged to their provided credit card unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients also cover any associated credit card fees. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties.

Hosting and Transfer Fees: Rocket Digital Marketing offers website hosting services for the initial 12 months. Following this period, clients have the option to continue with Rocket Digital Marketing’s hosting program or transition to their own hosting provider. Hosting fees typically amount to $240 per year and can be paid via credit card. Additionally, clients can choose to transfer their website assets to their preferred hosting provider for a fee of $399, payable upfront. Associated fees are the responsibility of the client.

For social media accounts, Rocket Digital Marketing does not retain any ownership and the client is responsible for giving us access and removing access when we are done with contracted work.

Refunds & Chargebacks: Rocket Digital Marketing does not issue refunds for completed work, as agreed upon within the statement of work. Unauthorized chargebacks result in a fee of 10% of the disputed amount. If access to client data or accounts requires removal as part of an investigation, a reactivation fee of $500 applies. The client bears responsibility for associated fees.

Arbitration: Disputes between Rocket Digital Marketing and clients are resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of arbitration of the court of West Palm Beach, FL. Arbitration takes place in West Palm Beach, FL, with proceedings conducted in English. Parties are responsible for their arbitration costs, including attorney’s fees.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Unenforceable Provision: Should any provision of this agreement be deemed unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions in other jurisdictions.
